We are accepting new clients!
New clients will be required to leave a deposit to hold their appointment slot. This payment is given at the time the appointment is scheduled and is non-refundable if the appointment is missed.

We are an appointment only practice. Walk-ins may be seen if possible based on our schedule, but a walk-in fee will be charged.
We offer free drop off service for wellness exams and vaccines to all current clients. However, if your pet is sick or has a serious injury we do require owners to be present for the exam so that the doctor can go over findings and recommended diagnostics or treatments.

American Heritage Animal Hospital is a full service small animal veterinary hospital that serves Snellville, Georgia and surrounding Gwinnett County communities. At AHAH we understand how much your pet means to you! We offer compassionate veterinary services for both cats and dogs. Dr. Cat and the caring staff of AHAH treat each pet that comes to our hospital as if it was our own. We feel that through straightforward communication and client education, we can help pet owners make informed decisions and provide the best possible care for their beloved companion.
Dr. Cat has a special place in her heart for great danes. She works closely with several great dane rescues and has become very knowledgeable about their specific medical needs and breed predisposed conditions.
At American Heritage Animal Hospital, we tailor our vaccination protocols to meet your pet’s individual needs. At our hospital, you will never receive cookie cutter vaccine protocols or treatment plans like you would at a corporate veterinary hospital. We understand that each pet and family is unique and we are committed to working with you to understand your pet’s particular health needs and then developing a preventative care or treatment plan that best meets those needs. To help owners keep up with their dog's vaccine schedule, each dog that gets and annual exam and vaccines with us will also get a personalized pet id card that has the pet’s photo and all their vaccine information on it. This card allows owners to have easy access to when their pet is due and can show this card at grooming or boarding facilities for proof of vaccination.
